Stress doesn\u2019t cause ulcers<\/span><span class=\"s8\">, but it can increase your risk for them and cause existing ulcers to act up.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s8\">Stress can also affect the way food moves through your body, leading to diarrhea or constipation.
